M4-M5 Link feedback report

The M4-M5 Link feedback report is available now.

Sydney Motorway Corporation would again like to thank everyone who met and shared their ideas and feedback on the M4-M5 Link Concept Design and also through the online feedback form and collaborative map. All this feedback has been collated into the community feedback report, along with responses to feedback and changes made to the design so far, as a result of this community consultation.

Key topics covered in the report include:

  • The M4-M5 Link Concept Design
  • Air quality
  • Public transport
  • Traffic impacts
  • Active transport (walking and cycling)
  • Property impacts
  • Construction and noise
  • Community health, safety and sustainability
  • Environment and heritage impacts
  • The engagement and consultation process
  • The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)

The feedback and ideas included in the report are considered during the project planning, design and environmental assessment. With community consultation now progressed from concept design to approaching EIS stage, we have already incorporated a number of key design changes in response to the community feedback.
